1. GENERAL

1.1 This site, www.greyhound.ie, and all of its sub-areas ("the Site"), is owned and operated by Greyhound Household, a private company, registered in Ireland and having its registered office at Crag Avenue, Clondalkin Industrial Estate, Clondalkin, Dublin 22, hereinafter called “Greyhound”, which expression shall include its parent company and any of its parent company subsidiaries. Greyhound makes no representation that information on the Site is appropriate or available for use in other jurisdictions.
1.2 The use by you of the Site constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Your acceptance of these terms and conditions is deemed to take effect immediately on the occasion of your first use of the Site. Greyhound reserves the right to amend, change and alter these terms and conditions at any time by posting such amendments, changes and alterations on the Site.
1.3 It is your responsibility to review the information posted on the Site to familiarise yourself and to obtain notice of such amendments, changes and alterations. Further and / or continued use of the Site by you after amendments, changes or alterations are posted is deemed to be and constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as amended, changed or altered.
1.4 In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and / or specific terms and conditions relating to Greyhound's services, which appear elsewhere on the Site, or have been delivered to you otherwise, then the latter shall prevail.

2. SEVERABILITY

2.1 If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these Terms and Conditions are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction which that Term or Condition is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from this clause and the remaining terms and conditions shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

3. RESTRICTIONS

3.1 The contents of the Site, including the names, materials, trade names, logos and images, identifying Greyhound and its products and / or services are and shall remain Greyhound's property and are, without limitation, protected and may not be reproduced or republished.

4. USE OF SITE BY YOU

4.1 You hereby agree that you shall use, for lawful purposes only, the Site and its contents. You shall not, in your use of the Site, infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by any third party. You shall not, in your use of the Site, cause distress or inconvenience to any person, do any act or thing, which is unlawful, or use the Site for obscene or offensive purposes.
4.2 The contents of the Site shall include information relevant to your account, which you may access from time to time. In the event that there is any error or omission in respect of your account or error or omission in relation to information relevant to you, then you should notify Greyhound in writing of such error or omission. Greyhound shall not be liable whatsoever in respect of any loss sustained by you resulting from errors or omissions in respect of the content or information contained on this Site.

5. TERMINATION

5.1 These Terms and Conditions, or any amendment, change or alteration thereof, shall remain effective until terminated by Greyhound.
5.2 Greyhound reserve the right to terminate these Terms and Conditions immediately, without notice, if you fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
5.3 Upon termination, you must destroy and / or return to Greyhound all materials and information obtained from the Site and all copies thereof.

6. WARRANTY

6.1 If Greyhound provide waste services to you, you hereby warrant that you are not contractually bound to that any other provider of waste services.

7. JURISDICTION

7.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Ireland. Disputes arising here from shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Republic of Ireland.
